Great company to work with. Every time I have gone there (and I have been dealing with them for 20 years as they serviced our government vehicles), they have been efficient, have done a great job and given me a fair price. Unlike other shops, they don't try to sell you what you don't need. But they will make sure you are safe when you leave.

Have taken my cars there for quite some time. Carl is great, but the management of the establishment leaves a lot to be desired... YOU do not pay for good service even though they may work with you. I do not recommend Winchester Tire and Alignment to anyone looking for a good auto maintenance shop unless you know the owner, you will probably NOT get a fair price or quality workmanship.

I encountered and young lady with four small children in their car parked on the side of the road with a flat tire. I noticed the tire that was flat was her spare tire (doughnut) I asked if she had another tire so I could change it for her and she said it was flat also. I took the tire from her trunk and drove around the corner to your store. I explained that I was trying to help a lady and told the young man behind the counter her situation. I asked him for the least expensi...ve tire they had. (her car was on its last leg and the other tires were in bad shape) He told me the price and I said that was fine. As I waited on the tire I chit chatted with all the employees and when it came time to pay for the tire the price had been reduced by 25% from what I was originally told. I told them how much I appreciated their kindness and willingness to help me help someone else. This is the kind of business that I like to support. I will be bringing you more business soon. Caravanning my lady friend and her young daughter home to small town Arkansas from Birmingham, South Memphis provided a kiddie pool size pothole near Memphis International Airport which dropped one of my brand new Turbo Caddie ATS racing tires from good to rim in seconds. Thanks to Todd and his team for promptness and professionalism. It was a Godsend having Winchester Tire so near where I'd become stranded, with the exact model/size (and decidedly less than common) tire required, and, though obviously loaded with work, back on the road so quickly. The workmanship appears sound as much spirited driving has yet to find an issue. They took hell to heaven real quick. Thanks again Winchester Team.
