Went in to get a front end alignment and they said that they couldn’t do it because it needed another part put on which they said would be about $350...& I told them that I wasn’t interested in paying that price so then they said ok it’ll be about a $30 inspection fee...if I knew that it was a hidden inspection fee then I would not have choose this place...please find another location to get your car worked on if at all possible.

Ms. Martin, Thank you for taking my call! I understand you are upset about the $25.00 inspection fee. I am truly sorry you did not understand that there would be a charge. I reviewed the call and Adrian did explain that if the alignment was was good or if repairs are needed and not performed there would be a charge for the check out. As well the charge is displayed on the price board and also as a NOTICE at the sales counter. I appreciate and respect your kindness when we spoke this morning. I apologize for the misunderstanding! During a trip to Memphis I had an unexpected flat. The tow service transported me and my car to Todd Holliday’s. The service was excellent together with friendly hospitality and a clean comfortable waiting area during my wait. I would recommend this company for their price, professional staff and excellent service.

The staff is very friendly I told them what I needed. We ordered the carrier bearing it took a day to come in. I brought my truck by and we were back on the road in no time. I am a repeat customer. As long as I am working in the area They will have my business...very good staff and great service.

Went in because of low tire pressure. Did not have to wait too long. Screw found in tire and repaired. No cost as the tire Stiller’s under warranty.

Great response time. Very reasonable on the price of my repair. If my car ever breaks down again in that area and needs a tow. I'm taking it to these guys.
